First track from 'Remember The Future? Volume 2'
lyrics
Chasing infinite growth we know how that goes
We need infinite growth in a whole new dome
Chasing infinite growth in the GDP
No room for infinite growth of the Djab Wurrung trees
Chasing infinite growth for the big polluters
We need infinite growth in a new revolution
Chasing infinite growth infinite dividends
Infinite payouts on infinite investments
We need infinite growth in our own heads
infinite empathy infinite happiness
Definitely slowing is the old machine
Infinitely growing is a new dream
Chasing infinite growth on a balance sheet
But there’s no infinite growth on the coral reef
Chasing infinite growth in dirty energy
But there’s no infinite growth if it’s clean and free
Chasing infinite growth for the ultra stealthy, wealthy
But the infinite growth don’t extend to welfare, healthcare
Hell yeah
As long as you got infinite growth in your portfolio
Infinite growth in your seventeenth home
Infinite growth if it kills it kills
It’s time for infinite growth in breakin down the wheel
-
Definitely slowing is the old machine
Infinitely growing is a new dream

Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist
